多产柴油重油裂化助剂的研究开发

摘    要:采用添加孔改进剂的方法。开发了具有适当的酸中心分布,稳定的中孔分布的多产柴油重油裂化助剂。该助剂对不同催化剂具有很好的适应性。固定流化床评价结果表明,在多产柴油催化剂MLC-500中加入助剂,可以在保证重油裂化能力和轻质油收率的同时,提高柴油产率。

Abstract:A LCO promoter having proper acid sites and stable medium pore distributions by adopting the pore improving method was developed for heavy oil catalytic cracking. The said promotor had good adaptability with various cracking catalysts. The evaluation results in fixed-fluidized bed reactor showed that by adding the said promotor to FCC catalyst MLC-500, the LCO yield was increased while keeping heavy oil crackability and light liquid product yield unchanged.
