摘    要:介绍了基于激光准直原理的直线度误差自动检测方法,详细分析了激光器、传感器信号处理电路和数据采集处理系统的设计。软件开发时结合了直线度误差的两类测量方法和两种误差评定方法,不仅能与激光准直仪、电子水平仪、光学自准直仪等多种仪器配合使用,而且采用了符合最小条件原理的两条理想包客参考直线精确计算直线度误差,具有运算精度高、运算速度快的特点,应用袁明系统性能稳定可靠,具有推广应用价值。

Abstract:The measuring principle of alignment error based on laser collimator technique was introduced. The laser structure, the signal processing circuits and the data acquisition were proposed in detail. Two kinds of straightness measuring and evaluating methods were synthetically applied, so the measuring and evaluating software of linearity error can be applied to many measuring instruments such as laser collimator,electron leveler and so on. Using the two ideal contain consult straight line which satisfies the principle of the least condition, the calculated date of straight line error has features of high precision and high speed , the experiment shows that the system provides excellent stability and reliability, and it can be popularized easily.
