浅谈化验室如何利用期间核查确认标准物质特性量值溯源性

基于标准物质的重要性，ISO／IEC17025：2005《检检测和校准实验室能力的通用要求》中将标准物质与参考标准列为技术要求条款，明确提出了在实验室认可中对标准物质的管理要求。但目前对如何开展标准物质的期间核查，国内实验室缺乏统一的认识，在具体做法上也存在模糊的地方。本文参照GB／T27025—2008（ISO／IECl7025：2005）《检检测和校准实验室能力的通用要求》和CNAS／CL10：2012《检测和校准实验室能力认可准则在化学检测领域的应用说明》编制期间核查计划，确定期间核查对象、频度、方法。并选择适宜的核查参数与SI测量单位或有证标准物质（参考物质）进行比较，验证期间核查的判据，确认标准物质特性量值溯源性。
