液氯意外泄漏的应急监测

摘    要:为掌握“3.29”京沪高速液氯意外泄漏对环境造成污染的危害程度,确立了以空气、土壤、水体、植物等环境介质作为监测对象,以氯和氯化氢作为监测因子,采用现场监测与实验室检测相结合的方法,可快速确定污染的范围和程度,为正确处理事故提供了必要的技术支持.

Abstract:In order to know the harm degree caused by the unexpected chorine leakiness on the Beijing-Shanghai highway on March 29,the environment media such as air,soil,water and plants have been decided as monitoring objects,chlorine and hydrogen chloride have been selected as monitoring factors,the method of combining on-the-spot monitoring and experimental test has been adopted to decide the area and the degree of pollution,which provides necessary technical support for dealing with the accident.
