| 摘 要： | 给出２ｋＷＣＯ２横流式激光器长期运行时激光器输出功率的衰减规律。研究了工作气体对激光器输出功率的影响；对提高大功率ＣＯ２激光器的使用寿命，作了有益的试验研究，提供了较为完整的数据。

| Abstract: | The decrease of the output power of a high power CO2 laser with transver gas flow system after long time service has been investigated. It is shown that, with an adjustment on working gases in CO2 laser,the output power. is compensable. It has been proved in practice that the mothed of adjusting working gases can effectively improve the service lifetime of the high power CO2 laser. |
