| 摘 要： | 针对水情测报系统传统通信方式存在的问题,介绍了海事卫星系统的特点及水情测报系统的结构、设计、实现方法,着重分析了海事卫星在三峡水情自动测报系统中的应用现状。海事卫星在三峡水情自动测报系统中的应用实例证明,海事卫星水情测报系统对实时监控水雨情信息、提前预报洪峰到来的时间和流量及保护生命和财产安全提供了有利的保障,是水情测报系统的一种可靠数据传输方式。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the features of the automatic hydrologic tele-metering system and the Inmarsat-C system,analyzed the applications of the Inmarsat-C system for the Three Gorges hydrologic tele-metering system.This paper also introduced the characteristics,design and application examples of the Inmarsat-C system on comparison with automatic hydrologic tele-metering system based on traditional communications,the automatic hydrologic telemetering system based on Inmarsat-C has many benefits,such as in flood forecast and in real time moniforing for water metering,etc. |
