| 摘 要： | 到2004年5月,国外对中国反倾销立案已超过540起,占全球案件总数的14%,居世界各国之首,给中国出口造成了数百亿美元的直接损失.国外反倾销已成为中国对外贸易发展的主要障碍之一.反思当前外国针对我国提起的反倾销与我国对外国所提起的反倾销对我国的对外贸易发展意义重大.

| Abstract: | By the end of 2003, there have already been exceeded 500 anti-dumping case against China, accounting for 14% of the total amount of global cases, and standing the first place in every country in the world, which has caused the direct loss of several ten billion dollars to China's export. The foreign anti-dumping already became one of the main obstacles of China's foreign trade. Reviewing at present the foreign dumping and the anti-dumping against the foreign countries by our county has a great meaning. |
