| 摘 要： | 石油产品的闪点是表征该产品在使用、储存、运输等条件下安全性能的一个重要指标。依据测量精度、可靠性和实时性的要求，提出一种基于光电传感器OPT101的抗燃油闪点检测系统的原理、功能、软硬件设计及实现方法。实际使用和实验表明，该系统具有测量精度高，测量范围宽和抗干扰能力强等优点。 |

| Abstract: | The flash-point of oil products is one of the most important indexes which can show the products' security performance when they are being used,stored,and transported.On terms of the needing of higher measurement precision,higher stabilization and real time requirement,the paper proposes the oil flash-point detecting system including the measuring theory,software and the hardware part based on the photoelectric sensor OPT101 produced by BURR-BROWN Company.The oil flash-point detecting system designed meets the technical requirements of the standard GB/T3536-83,through several months spot application,the instrument has showed the advantage of high precision,good reliability and high stability. |
