| Abstract: | The Patel Taje equation of state is used for correlation of the chemical equilibrium data(various temperatures, pressures and feed compositions) with the equilibrium compositions of the methanol synthesis system. Part of the chemical equilibrium constants are listed.It is found that the results are satisfactory and the P T equation of state is superior to the SHBWR equation of state. |
