高性能活性炭的制备及其性能研究

摘    要:以聚氯乙烯为原料,在700℃下经过水蒸汽活化制备活性炭,通过正交实验优化出最佳的实验制备条件。研究了不同活化温度和活化时间所制活性炭对亚甲基蓝脱色力的影响,以及活化温度对BET比表面积的影响。并用双柱定容容量法测定了PVC活性炭对吸附相的平衡,计算出其吸附量。实验结果表明,实验制备的活性炭具有高比表面积,对亚甲基蓝脱色力强且对甲烷有高吸附量。

Abstract:An activated carbon was prepared from polyvinyl chloride (PVC) via activation by steam at 700℃, and the optimal conditions for preparation were obtained by orthogonal tests.The methylene blue decolorizing capability of the activated carbons prepared by two experimental designs was measured, and the effect of activation temperature on the BET specific surface area was then investigated.Adsorption isotherms of CH 4 on different activated carbons at different temperatures were determined by the two vessel volumetric method.The experimental results show that the activated carbon presented herein has high BET specific surface area, hign methylene blue decolorizing capability, and high adsorptive capacity for CH 4.
