| 摘 要： | 应用差热分析技术研究了发泡剂ＯＢＳＨ在加热过程中发生的物理化学变化，其差热曲线上呈现３个放热峰，峰顶温度依次为１７５℃，２２５℃和５６８℃，经鉴定３个峰分别对应于ＯＢＳＨ的热分解反应、相变化和氧化反应。以第一放热峰作为评价ＯＢＳＨ性能的特征峰，考察了ＯＢＳＨ的性能，证明热分析技术在ＯＢＳＨ的研究和生产控制中都有效。

| Abstract: | Physico chemical changes of the foaming agent OBSH during heating up are studied by the differential thermal analysis technique. It is found that the differential thermal curve has 3 exothermic peaks, their tip temperatures being in order of 175℃, 225℃ and 568℃.The three peaks are identified to be corresponding to thermolysis, phase transformation and oxidation of OBSH, respectively.With the first one as the characteristics peak for evaluation, the behavior of OBSH is investigated. It is proved that the thermoanalysis technique is available for both study and production control of OBSH. |
