基于分形方法的图像压缩在陶瓷图案上的应用

摘    要:在开发陶瓷图案协同设计系统过程中,尝试利用分形图像压缩的方法与数据库技术相结合,构建一个丰富、高效的图案库,一方面,解码分形图像的分辨率无关性可以保证用户创作的图像质量;另一方面,分形压缩图像只需存储图像近似不变的压缩仿射变换的参数,可达到很高的压缩比,且便于使用数据库来存储与管理,从而极大地提高系统的效率。

Abstract:An abundant and efficient pattern bank was built by using fractal image coding and database technology with an view to develop a ceramic pattern cooperative design system (CPCDS). On one hand, the fractal image compression is resolution independent, which ensures the image quality of the designed pattern. On the other hand, fractal image coding need store only some parameters for image compression and affine transformation, which result in high image compression and easy image storage in the database. Thus, the efficiency of CPCDS will be greatly increased.
