| 摘 要： | 通过对大批量定制生产模式下的需求产品配置技术的研究，提出了产品族需求类和需求匹配模板的概念，建立了相应的需求产品模型以及基于实例的需求产品配置模型，采用二级相似性匹配的方法，得到需求产品的配置结果，并分析了配置方法对需求响应的影响。配置方法在电梯的需求产品配置响应中得到了应用。

| Abstract: | On the basis of researches on requirement product configuration in Mass Customization,the concepts of product family requirement class(PFRC) and requirement matching template were put forward,and a case-based requirement-product-configuration(CB-RPC) model and a corresponding requirement product model were presented.The result of CB-RPC was obtained by the method of two-level similar matching.In addition,the effect of the method on response for requirement was analyzed.Finally,the model and the method given are applied and verified in elevator industry. |
