摘    要:针对分布式能源热电冷联产工程的需要,对其关键的动力技术进行了深入研究,提出了燃气轮机的五项优化技术:动静子反旋叶轮技术、磁场聚氧聚氮技术、离心氧氮分离技术、富氧燃烧复合漩流燃烧技术和氮膜冷却与惰性防护技术;给出了四功能一体机的设计方案;重点分析了转匣式压气机结构与高温升涡轮叶片的氮膜冷却与惰性防护问题,为燃气轮机的高效化、微型化提供了技术创新.

Abstract:Aiming at the requirement of distribution energy cogeneration of heat,power and cool,researches deeply the key dynamic equipments,puts forward five optimal technologies for gas turbine:spin of rotor and stator technology;concentrating oxygen and nitrogen technology in magnetic field;centrifugal separation of oxygen over nitrogen technology;oxygen-enriched multiple swirl combustion technology;nitrogen film cooling and inertia defense technology.Gives the design project of integrative machine with four functions;analyzes emphatically the structure of brake-turn air compressor,nitrogen film cooling and inertia defense of the highest temperature rise turbine vane,offers the feasible design project for high efficiency and micromation of gas turbine.
