特种防水馈电电缆的研制

摘    要:在对特种防水馈电电缆的服役条件及失效分析的基础上,提出了电缆总体结构设计,导体、绝缘、屏蔽、护套等结构层材料的选用及生产工艺优化,阻水、阻燃及防老鼠、白蚁咬等性能表征及技术措施,研制出了一种高性能的特种防水馈电电缆。结果表明:研制的ZCFSFY-YJLSY-Z特种防水馈电电缆能满足高速磁悬浮交通系统使用性能要求,可替代同类进口产品,而价格却明显降低。

Abstract:The present paper presents the general structural design of the special waterproof feeder cable on the basis of working condition and failure analysis,introduces the optimization of the material and craft of conductor,insulation,screen and sheath and discusses such properties as waterproof,anti-flaming,rat proof and anti-termite.The ZCFSFY-YJLSY-Z special waterproof feeder cable thus developed is high in performance and can be used in the high speed maglev transportation system.When compared with similar imported product,it has a lower price.
