| 摘 要： | 本文针对移动用户发展提出了一种新的预测方法。在传统独立预测方法的基础上，将每用户平均收入（ARPU）、平均用户通话分钟数（MOU）、每分钟通话平均收入（ARPM）等与用户数相关联的参数纳入用户预测中整体考虑，使得预测的准确性有一定的提高。
