TPA-600型三缸单作用卧式往复柱塞泵液力端改造

针对TPA-600型三缸单作用卧式往复柱塞泵液力端（泵头）柱塞密封盘根结构设计上存在的缺陷．进行了改进．新泵头舍去了原来的可换式盘根底座，将柱塞盘根密封室延长到泵体深处，缩小了原安装盘根座的内孔尺寸，并增设了一个铜环，一个铁环，把柱塞盘根（除润滑油环保留在原位外）整体前移，相应的增加了柱塞的长度；为了保证泵头强度不受影响，还将泵头作相应的加厚。此外柱塞盘根压帽也进行了改进，柱塞盘根润滑油孔和调节盘根用的工具查孔，由六孔改为八孔。改造制作的新泵头，降低了盘根所受压力，利于盘根密封的调整，提高了柱塞盘根密封的可靠性，延长了柱塞密封及泵头的使用寿命。

Innovation of Discharge End in TPA-600 Horizontal Triple Cylinder Single Acting Reciprocating Piston Pump

The innovation is made on the discharge end(pump head) in TPA-600 horizontal triple cylinder single acting recipro-cating piston pump to overcome the defection of sealing configura-tion.The new pump head supersedes the replaceable sealing seat with the following modification;the piston sealing chamber is ex-tended to pump body;a copper ring is added,the whole piston sealing rings are moved forward(except lubricating ring is kept in the original position),consequently,the pistons are prolonged;the new pump head is thickened to maintain its strength;the seal-ing ring gland is modified,8 grease injection ports are made to re-place the original 6.The pressure of the new pump head on seal-ing ring is reduced,which facilitates the adjustment of sealing ring,improves the reliability of sealing,and extends the life of sealing ring and pump head.
