氧化铝生产流程中碳酸钠结晶变性机理研究

摘    要:由中铝贵州分公司氧化铝生产流程中碳酸钠结晶变性现象的危害引出对其机理进行研究,通过对碳酸钠正常结晶和结晶变性两种状况下生产流程中溶液的分析以及对变性碳酸钠结晶体的测试,得出碳酸钠结晶变性主要受有机物、二氧化硅、硫酸钠以及微量杂质V等的影响,这对进入生产流程中的矿石原料提出了要求。

Abstract:From denatured sodium carbonate's damage to the alumina production flow in Aluminum Corporation of China Guizhou branch,we discussed the crystal degeneracy mechanism of sodium carbonate through analyzing the solution in production flow under the condition of normal and abnormal crystallization respectively and tested sodium carbonate of crystal degeneracy.We draw a conclusion that the crystal degeneracy of sodium carbonate was mainly influenced by organism,silicon dioxide,sodium sulphate,and microelements phosphor,fluorine,vanadium and so on,which put forward to the requirement to ore material entering production flow.
