摘    要:强化固着有壳聚糖的棉纤维具有抗菌作用.本研究选取了材料加工技术的常用方法如超声波、微波和加热作为壳聚糖与棉纤维固着结合的主要手段,提出了选择这些方法的理论依据,采用正交试验法进行了相关实验,根据样品观测结果及数据分析,确定了影响固着效果的主要因素,验证了实验方法的正确性.

Abstract:Cotton fiber consolidated with chitosan has antibacterial function. In this investigation, techniques for material preparation, such as ultrasonic, microwave and heating, were principally used as means for consolidating cotton with chitosan. The basis of these chose methods was theoretically indicated. Correlative experiment was carried through by means of othorgonal testing method. The main factors influencing solidification effect and correctness of experiment process were confirmed by observation of samples and analysis of data.
