战时计量保障能力的模糊综合评判

计量保障作为装备综合保障的一个分支,对战时武器装备保持和恢复战斗力有极其重要的作用.本文通过研究影响战时计量保障能力的指标体系,应用层次分析法确定指标权重,采用模糊综合评判法形成评估结果,并举例说明评估的过程.目前该方法已成功应用于计量机构的评估中.

Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation on Metrology Support Ability in Wartime

In war,as a part of equipment comprehensive support,metrology support performs important function on weapon maintaining and recovering fighting ability.In this paper,according to the index system affecting the metrology support ability,the index weights are confirmed by analytic hierarchy process.Then evaluation result is obtained by means of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.An example is showed to illustrate evaluation process.This method has been used successfully in evaluating metrology organizations.
