摘    要:现已上天的微波辐射计大都采用100GHz以下频率,其观测资料应用的最大限制就是它们的空间分辨率不够高。随着高频微波元器件研制技术的不断发展,我们对使用毫米波、亚毫米波及更高频段进行地气系统遥感的可行性及重要性都已有了相当充分的认识。这里试图给出一个有关使用微波110GHz以上高频在进行大气参量被动遥感方面研究的简要综述,包括大气温度和湿度廓线的反演、卷云遥感以及云和降水的探测

Abstract:Most of the microwave (MW) radiometers already launched t o the space work at the frequencies below 100 GHz.The major limit to the applica tion of those radiometric measurements is their very poor spatial resolution.Alo ng with the advances in millimeter wave(MMW),sub millimeter wave(SMMW),and infr ared technologies,the necessarily and feasibility of using the EHF(extremely hig h frequency),MMW,and SMMW for remote sensing of Earth environment have been reco gnized.This paper reviews the works on the uses of MMW and SMMW radiometer in at mospheric remote sensing,including atmospheric temperature and humidity profile sounding,cirrus cloud detection,,rainfall as well as cloud water measurements.
