武山铜矿全尾砂膏体流变特性试验研究

摘    要:为研究武山铜矿全尾砂膏体的流变特性,通过开展不同配比充填料浆的坍落度、稠度和分层度试验,采用 Brookfield R/S 流变仪测试充填料浆的流变参数,并根据膏体流变参数与管道输送阻力的数学模型确定管道输送参数。结果表明 :充填料浆的坍落度随灰砂比和重量浓度的增加而减小,当浓度超过 74% 时充填料浆的坍落度急骤下降,重量浓度为 76% 充填料浆的坍落度在 20.4~25.62cm 范围内,已达到膏体状态 ;充填料浆的稠度和分层度均随重量浓度的增加而减小,灰砂比的影响不明显,重量浓度 72%~74% 范围内充填料浆稠度均大于 10cm,浓度 70%~76% 范围内充填料浆的分层度均小于 2cm ;充填料浆的屈服应力随灰砂比和重量浓度的增加而增大,当浓度超过 74% 时,料浆的屈服应力急剧增加 ;充填料浆的临界流速随浓度和灰砂比的增加而减小,沿程阻力损失随充填流量和灰砂比的增加而增大 ;推荐充填料浆重量浓度为 72%~74%,充填流量控制在150 m3/h 左右,最大沿程阻力损失为 3.53kPa/m。

Abstract:In order to study the rheological properties of the unclassified tailings paste of Wushan Copper Mine, the slump,consistency and coursing degree tests of the filling slurry with different proportions were carried out, and the Brookfield R/S rheometer was used to test the rheology of the filling slurry parameters. The pipeline transportation parameters were determined according to the mathematical model of the paste rheological parameters and pipeline transportation resistance. The results show that the slump of the filling slurry decreases with the increase of cement to sand ratio and the weight concentration. When the concentration exceeds 74%,the slump of the filling slurry decreases sharply. The filling slurry with a weight concentration of 76% has reached the state of paste with the slump in a range of 20.4~25.62cm. The consistency and coursing degree of the filling slurry decrease with the increase of the weight concentration and the effect of the cement-sand ratio on them is not obvious. The consistency of the filling slurry within 72%~74% weight concentration is greater than 10cm, and the coursing degree of the filling slurry within 70%~76% weight concentration is less than 2cm. The yield stress of the filling slurry increases with the increase of cement-sand ratio and weight concentration. When the concentration exceeds 74%, the yield stress of the slurry increases sharply. The critical flow rate of the filling slurry decreases with the increase of weight concentration and cement-sand ratio, and the resistance loss increases with the increase of the filling slurry flow rate and cement-sand ratio. The slurry weight concentration of 72%~74% and the filling flow at about 150 m3 /h were recommended, and the maximum resistance loss is 3.53kPa/m.
