| Abstract: | A contactless method based on the laser-beam-induced thermocapillary effect is proposed for measuring the thickness of a thin liquid film on a flat solid surface. The method can be also used to measure the films with inhomogeneous thicknesses formed on a nonhorizontal substrate. |
