摘    要:采用改进的Pechini法,使用硝酸化合物作为反应物,柠檬酸氨为螯合剂,聚丙烯酰胺为聚合剂,N-N'亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为网络剂,溶入丙酮的偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,制得钇铝石榴石(YAG)纳米晶粉体,使用差热分析,XRD,SEM对YAG纳米晶粉体进行分析;相比于其他的方法而言,用改进的Pechini法制备得到的YAG纳米晶粉体结晶完整,物相较纯,形成温度较低(880℃),颗粒大小较好(10nm~30hm).

Abstract:An improved Pechini method is used to prepare YAG nanoparticles. The YAG nanoparticles are prepared by using yttrium nitrate and aluminium nitrate as raw materials, ammonium citrate as complexing reagent, polyacrylamide as polymer reagent, N–N’ methylenediacrylamide as cross-linking reagent and AIBN in acetone as catalyzer. The prepared YAG nanoparticles are analyzed by using the TG-DSC, XRD and SEM. Compared with other preparation methods, the improved Pechini method can prepare the YAG nanoparticles with more complete crystalline, more pure crystal phase, lower formation temperature (880℃) and better radius (10nm to 30nm).
