摘    要:以猕猴桃根为原料,研究其多糖的微波辅助提取工艺条件。采用单因素试验和正交试验,探讨料液比(猕猴桃根粉:蒸馏水)、提取温度、提取时间、微波功率等对猕猴桃根多糖提取率的影响,并以提取率为评价指标,优化提取工艺。实验结果表明:微波辅助提取猕猴桃根多糖的最佳工艺条件为料液比1:20(g/mL)、提取温度60℃、提取时间15min、微波功率600W,在此条件下猕猴桃根多糖的提取率为11.34%。

Abstract:Microwave-assisted extraction of polysaccharide from kiwifruit roots was investigated by examining the effects of material/liquid ratio, temperature, extraction time, microwave power on polysaccharide yield using single factor method coupled with orthogonal array design. Results showed that the optimal values of the above parameters were determined as follows: material/liquid ratio 1:20 (g/mL), 60 ℃, microwave power 600 W and extraction time 15 min. Under such conditions, the yield of polysaccharide was 11.34%.
