针对陕焦化工有限公司煤泥水系统处理能力不足、精煤灰分超标等问题,经技术改造,先后依次添加絮凝剂和凝聚剂,增加了快开式压滤机和煤泥水旋流器浓缩分级,采取了新增设备、添加药剂配比等措施,实现了生产用水一级闭路循环。

Improvement and reformation of coal preparation technology system in coking enterprise

The reformation includs adding fllocculant and flocculating agent, increasing fast operating pressure filter and concentration classify through slurry cyclone machine, raising equipments and reagent mixture ratio etc. After reformation, the one-level closed circuit of water has realised.
