| 摘 要： | 轮辋加工质量取决于轮辋生产设备的精度及模具设计的合理性．无内胎车轮轮辋扩口模具的设计关键在于轮辋模具设计中对毛坯尺寸的选择与计算，在此基础上，再根据毛坯尺寸进行扩口模具的设计与修模处理．

| Abstract: | he quality of the tubeless wheel lies on the wheel's production facilities and the rationalization design of the mold. The method of how to choose and count the blank's size round the expand end mounth mold design of the tubelee wheel,the mold design process based on the blank's size and the point of the mold correction are discussed. |
