摘    要:针对旋转机械振动信号数据采集的特点,提出了用数学形态滤波器实现轴心轨迹提纯的新方法。采用形态滤波器提纯轴心轨迹,不考虑转子振动信号的频谱特征,不需要转子故障的先验知识,通过开闭、闭开组合形态滤波器对振动信号滤波处理后即可剔除噪声干扰,得到提纯的轴心轨迹。仿真计算及实例验证了该方法的有效性。与其他方法相比,形态滤波器效果好,算法简单,运算速度快,易于现场采用,有较好的实用价值。图9参9

Abstract:Targeting at data acquisition characteristics of vibration signals of rotating machinery, a new rotor orbit purification method using mathematical morphology filters is proposed. With this method, noise interference can be eliminated and purified rotor center orbits can be obtained following filtration of vibration signals by a combination of on-off and off-on morphology filters, without requiring consideration of the rotor's vibration spectrum characteristics and neither any prior experience in rotor fault treatment. Simulation calculation and actual practice have proved the effectiveness of this method. Compared with other methods, this way is more practicable as its morphology filters are more effective, its algorithm more simple, calculation and on-site application more facile. Figs 9 and refs 9.
