甘氨酰胺盐酸盐的合成工艺研究

摘    要:甘氨酰胺盐酸盐是甘氨酸的重要衍生物,在碳酸铵催化剂作用下,氯乙酸甲酯与过量氨水反应合成得到。实验确定了最佳工艺条件,反应收率可达73.5%,并用TLC法和熔点测定仪对产品进行了确证。

Abstract:Glycinamide hydrochloride was a important derivative of glycine.Using ammonium carbonate as catalyst,glycinamide hydrochloride was prepared by the reaction of methyl chloroacetate and excessive ammonia. Optimum Conditions was confirmed by experiments,the reaction yield was up to 73.5%. The product was determined by TLC and the melting point test.
