液化石油气球罐失效因素的模糊分析

摘    要:将模糊综合评价应用到液化石油气球罐失效因素的分析中,通过建立评价的因素集、评价集、权重集等,提出了利用模糊综合评判对液化气球罐失效因素进行评价的具体方法,指出选材、组装焊接以及腐蚀破坏是导致液化气球罐失效的最主要的因素,即工况和质量因素占着主要的地位,并通过实例说明了该评价方法的可行性。

Abstract:The fuzzy comprehension evaluation method is applied to analyze the failure factor for LPG spherical tank in this article.Through the establishment of the factor collection,evaluation collection,weight collection and so on,a method that used fuzzy comprehension evaluation to evaluate the failure factor for LPG spherical tank was proposed.Pointed out that the material selection,the assembly welding factor and the corrosion destruction were the main factors to lead LPG spherical tank to be disabled,namely the operating condition and quality factors play the main role.And based on the evaluated results,the practicality of the method has been proved.
