摘    要:用MM-200型磨损试验机研究了在大接触应力磨损条件下,配副和潜滑率对电火花表面强化40Cr钢的耐磨性影响。结果表明,无论滚动磨损和滚、滑动磨损,40Cr钢表层经电火花表层强化后与未强化比较耐磨性显著提高。配副试样硬度相同时,磨损率最小,配副试样均为表层强化是较好的耐磨性匹配。滚动磨损时,电火花强化层的磨损机理主要为粘着磨损、磨粒磨损和疲劳磨损3种机制;在滚、滑动磨损时,除上述3种机制外,还发生了氧化磨损。

Abstract:Effect of mates and slide rate on wear resistance of 40Cr steel strengthened by electrical dischange was investigated under a large contacting stress. The results show that the wear resistance of 40Cr steel strengthened by electrical discharge was considerably increased compared with the non-strengthened 40Cr steel samples,no matter under roll and roll-slide condition. The abrasion rate was very small when the frication mate had the same hardness, however, the optimum case is the frication mate with both specimens strengthened. The wear mechanisms were mainly the adhesive wear, abrasive wear and fatigue wear under roll wear condition;whereas, the oxidation wear also existed besides above the three wear mechanisms under roll-slide condition.
