钨钼分离中有机酸阴离子对钨钼交换容量影响的研究

摘    要:用R1CS作硫化剂,HCOOH、CH3COOH分别作酸度调节剂,考察了含MoO4^2-的Na2WO4溶液中钼酸根生成硫代钼酸根的硫代化率,以及溶液中酸度调节剂HCOO^-、CH3COO^-存在下,树脂D290、201-W对钨钼交换容量的影响。实验结果表明,钼的硫代化率都在97%以上;HCOO^-存在下,201-W树脂对WO4^2-的交换容量为75.725mg/mL,CH3COO^-存在下,201-W对WO4^2-的交换容量为96.70mg/mL湿树脂。

Abstract:Using R 1CS as sulfidizing agent, and CH 3COOH and HCOOH as adjust agents of pH, the yield of sulpho complex of MoO 4 2- in Na 2WO 4 solution, and the effects of D290 and 201-W resins on ion exchange capacity in the presence of CH 3COO - and HCOO - have been investigated. The experimental results show that the yield of sulpho complex of MoO 4 2- can reach over 97%, and the ion exchange capacity between 201 W resin and WO 4 2- is 96.7 mg/mL wet resin in the presence of CH 3COO -; and 75.725 mg/mL wet resin under existence of HCOO -.
