松散富水砂卵石层注浆模拟试验及其工程应用

摘    要:针对古交矿区斜井工程掘进过程中遭遇松散富水砂卵石层,决定采用超细水泥浆液进行超前注浆施工。自主设计了室内注浆模型试验装置,基于正交试验的方法探讨了不同地层含水率、水灰比、注浆压力等因素对扩散半径、注浆量和强度增长率的影响规律。结果表明:超细水泥浆液与砂卵石层胶结良好,对于扩散半径和注浆量,含水率、注浆压力的影响特别显著,而水灰比影响较小,但水灰比和含水率对强度增长率影响特别显著,注浆压力影响显著。通过对试验数据的回归分析得出了拟合公式,最后将其应用于注浆工程设计与施工中,同时进行了效果评价。

Abstract:The excavation process of the inclined shaft has encountered the sandy gravels with loose and water-rich in Gujiao Mining Area. It is decided to adopt pre-grouting with superfine cement. The indoor model test device has been designed independent. By the method of orthogonal test, it discussed the influence regularity of diffusion radius, grouting amount and strength growth rate with different stratum moisture content, water-cement ratio and grouting pressure. The results showed that the bonding is fine to sand gravels and superfine cement. For The diffusion radius and grouting amount, the moisture content and grouting pressure have a significant influence. However, the water-cement ratio is almost no influence. But the water-cement ratio and moisture content have a significant influence on the strength growth rate and grouting pressure has a greater impact on it. The fitting formulas have been obtained through the regression analysis of test data. The regression formulas were applied in the design and construction of grouting engineering and the evaluation of the effect has been done.
