基于地铁的城市地下物流系统探讨

摘    要:为解决传统物流带来的环境污染、能源危机以及交通拥堵等问题,以地下物流系统为基础,分析了地铁与地下物流系统结合的地铁物流系统的可能性、优势与不足,并以西安为例对地铁站的货运能力与货运相关的建筑面积进行了理论预测,同时提出了适用于地铁物流的分离式与结合式两种综合地铁站,并进行了初步可行性分析。结果表明:地铁物流相比于广义上的地下物流系统在前期投资和可参考工程数量上更具有优势,且预测显示扩建客运站的60%左右作为货运站,在2020年西安地铁就能为城市承担19%左右的非危险品物流压力,但是地铁物流存在服务范围与货物种类的限制,无法代替地下物流系统;在综合地铁站形式上,结合式地铁站能够根据客流量调整车厢布置,但是,对于依赖于列车协同运行技术解决货厢客厢共车问题而言,分离式地铁站避免了物流客流共节点,但运行依赖于协同调度管理技术以保证前后车安全距离。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of environmental pollution, energy crisis and traffic congestion caused by traditional logistics, based on the underground logistics system, the possibility, advantages and disadvantages of metro logistics system that combines with subway and underground logistics system are analyzed. Taking Xi'an as an example, the study predicts the freight capacity of the subway station and the freight related building area in theory. At the same time, two kinds of detached and contacted metro stations suitable for metro logistics are proposed conceptually. And the preliminary feasibility is analyzed. The results show that compared with the general underground logistics system, metro logistics is more advantageous in terms of the amount of upfront investment and the number of projects that can be referred to. The prediction results shows that around 55% of the expansion of the passenger station as a freight region, the Xi'an Metro will bear about 19% of the non-dangerous goods logistics pressure for the city in 2020. But there is limitation of service range and cargo type in metro logistics, which can't substitute for underground logistics system. In the form of metro station, combined metro station can adjust the train compartment layout according to the passenger flow, but it depends on the train coordinated operation technology to solve the problem of passenger compartment and freight compartment transported by a same train. Detached metro station avoids the situation passenger and cargo that share a same platform, but the operation relies on coordinated scheduling management technology to ensure the safety distance adjacent the train.
