飞行时间质谱在转炉炉气分析中的应用

摘    要:介绍飞行时间质谱仪的工作原理及性能特点、莱钢4#转炉应用的炉气分析系统的组成、安装布局及其同其他生产设备间的相互衔接,以及在现场达到的性能指标。分析炉气曲线和生产工艺间的相关性表明,炉气分析系统在及时预报氧枪漏水、有效减少补吹次数、提高经验炼钢命中率和对事故预警方面,对转炉生产起到重要的作用。

Application of Time-of-flight Mass Spectrometer for On-line Gas Analyzing
Abstract:The work principle and performance characteristic of time-of-flight mass spectrometer have been introduced in this paper. The configure, installation layout and the connections with other production equipments of the converter and the performance parameters realized on situ of the on-line gas analyzing system which was used for dynamic control of 4# converter have been described. From the data of large numbers of melting processes, the relativity between the melting curve based on gas analysis results obtained by this analyzing system and the production process of the converter was analyzed. It has been shown that the on-line gas analyzing system will play an important role in dynamic control of steel-making process for its capabilities of alarming the wate r-leaking of the oxygen lance in time, decreasing the back-blowing times, improving the shooting rate of the end point determination of melting and alarming of accidents.
