| 摘 要： | 2008年，中南部电网冰灾引起了人们对输电线路在线监测技术的重视和投入，电网企业针对覆冰雪灾害加大了相关防灾减灾技术的研究和标准制定工作力度。分析了各种主流在线监测技术的基本原理，针对在线监测与诊断技术的一些关键技术和共性问题进行了探索，并初步分析了在线监测技术的标准化和兼容性、在线监测技术的稳定性与可靠性、状态分析与故障诊断以及运行管理等相关问题。

| Abstract: | The ice disaster in central south China in 2008 causes people to pay more attention to the online monitoring techniques of transmission lines. The study on disaster prevention and mitigation technology and the establishment of relative standards are also strengthened. The basic theories of the main online monitoring techniques are analyzed with the key and common points discussed; the standardization, compatibility, stability and reliability of on-line monitoring techniques along with status analysis, fault diagnosis and running management etc. are primarily analyzed in this paper. |
