室温硫化涂料的老化及研究新进展

摘    要:室温硫化(RTV)硅橡胶涂料作为防止电力系统污闪的有效技术措施而在电网中得到广泛应用。由于使用环境和产品质量的差异,不同地区使用的RTV涂料都存在着老化和使用年限的问题。文中分析了影响RTV涂料老化的主要因素,即影响RTV涂料的憎水性、憎水迁移性和憎水恢复特性的主要因素,如温度、表面放电、紫外线照射等;指出了RTV老化研究的关键就是对上述三性能与运行环境的研究;对RTV涂料老化的研究进展进行了论述,比较了国内外的研究方法;提出了RTV涂料应用及其老化应当注意的问题,如老化时间应综合考虑涂层的耐污性、憎水性以及环境等因素。

Abstract:The RTV of normal temperature vulcanization as an effective measure to prevent the pollution flashover is applied in power system extensively. Since it is used in different environment and with the discrepancy of product quality, the RTV coating used in different area has the problem of ageing and tenure of use. The major factors that affect RTV coating ageing were analyzed, such as temperature, surface discharge and ultraviolet ray shining etc.. It is pointed out that the key of RTV coating ageing is the research for 3 above-mentioned performances and operating environment. The research progress for RTV coating ageing is also discussed, and compared with domestic and international research technique. The problems that should be noticed in application and its ageing are presented, such as age time that should synthesize the factors of antipollution, water resistant as well as environment.
