基于特征的零件信息扩展实体联系模型

摘    要:在分析了现有零件信息建模方法的基础上,借助于扩展实体联系模型理论提出了集成环境下分层结构化的零件信息的扩展实体联系模型,从CAD/CAPP的集成要求出发对特征进行了定义和分类,通过引入显式实体,隐式实体两个概念,消除了实体与属性的严格界限,通过实体类别的转化,概括,聚集等关系化方法将零件不同类别,不同级别特征间存在的关系清晰地关联出来,此建模方法对CAD/CAPP/CAM乃至CIMS中的对象描述均有实际意义。

Abstract:In view of present modeling methods, this paper proposes a new definition and taxonomy of product feature entities and establishes a product data model in integrated CAD/CAPP/CAM system, which possesses hierarchical correlative structure. The bound between entities and attributes is lowered by two concepts introduced, real entity and pseudo entity. Through Specialization, Generalization and Aggregation to all the diverse feature entities, correlation ship among them is acquired. This modeling method is of value to system definition in CAD/CAPP/CAM or CIMS.
