| 摘 要： | 针对两类复杂形状的齿轮坯，通过分析镦粗后坯料成形的金属流动规律，提出一种判断预锻的新方法，并在归纳大量预锻件设计实例的基础上，设计了齿轮坯预锻件的形状与尺寸。
