| 摘 要： | 提出了基于隐含并行寻优思想的兼顾供电可靠性提高和网损降低的配电系统多目标网络重构算法。该算法采用了大规模配电系统三相潮流计算和可靠性评估方法,实现了配电系统可靠性与经济性水平的综合最优化。该算法具有不依赖于网络开关的初始状态,也不受初始联络开关的操作次序的影响,可以高效地求解系统的有效解,实现多目标综合优化的特点。算例结果表明,该算法是灵活和高效的。

| Abstract: | Multi-objective network reconfiguration algorithm for distribution system reliability improvement is advanced based on implicity parallel search method, reliability assessment algorithm and three-phase unbalanced power flow. The result of reconfiguration is independent of the initial topology and the switch operation order either. The comprehensive optimization solution is obtained effectively, and global or nearly global optimum can be obtained considering single subject. The implemented software according to this method provides a powerful, flexible and easy-to-use tool for distribution system planning, field engineering and operations. |
