现代设计方法在盘形凸轮快速设计中的应用

摘    要:盘形凸轮在内燃机的配气机构等场合中广泛使用,但传统设计方法设计凸轮存在效率低、精度不高等不足。文中介绍了利用计算机辅助设计手段进行凸轮设计的方法和技巧,指出了借助现代设计方法可以极大地提高凸轮的设计效率,从而缩短产品的开发周期。

Abstract:Disc cam is used broadly in distributing-gas mechanism of internal-combustion engine. But there are some shortages like low-efficiency and low-accuracy of the traditional design method for cam. The paper introduced the method and technique for designing cam by using Computer Aided Design, and pointed out that using modern design method can raise the effieiencies of designing cam substantially, at the same time, reduce the life-cycle of researching and developing products.
