| 摘 要： | 文中研究了反射式光纤传感器在高清晰度CPT荫罩振动测试中的应用，系统采用反射式光纤传感器和高速数据采集电路，实现了对测试荫罩位移振动过程的实时、非接触、快速地测量，充分发挥了激光光纤传感测量方法的突出优点。

| Abstract: | In the paper,we have investigated the application of reflection type optical fiber sensor in testing vibration of the high definition CPT aperture grille mask.By using reflection optical fiber sensor and high-rate sample circuit,the system realized real time?non-contact and high-rate measurement to vibration of the Aperture grille mask and exert measurement merits of laser optical sensor. |
