硅、稀土元素对 ZA27 力学性能影响规律的研究

摘    要:采用正交组合回归设计试验方法,研究了硅、稀土元素对ZA27合金力学性能的影响规律。研究结果表明,硅、稀土元素对合金的抗压强度、冲击韧性产生显著影响,且对综合力学性能的影响存在最佳配比。

Abstract:The study of silicon and rare earth elements for the pattem of their influece upon ZA27 regressive designing alloys mechanical properties have been studied with the experimental method of the orthogonal. This study shows that silicon and rare earth elements have a notable influence on the compressive strength and the impact toughness of the alloy, and an optimized ratio in the influence on the systhetic properties.
