摘    要:针对某型已有车轮,通过反求工程获得了其数据点云,在此基础上,根据新型车轮的安装及外观要求完成了改型设计。并通过激光快速成型技术制作了轮辐的木制原型,对不同的设计方案进行了评估和装配校验,从而大大地加快了新产品的开发速度。

Abstract:It is a practical method for developing the new product based on the reliable and mature products. In the course of the developing of a new model wheel, the point cloud is acquired by means of the reverse engineering. In terns of the reverse engineering result, a variant design is finished according to assembling and appearance demands. The prototypes of different spokes are produced using the rapid prototyping method, and each different design is evaluated. Therefore, the optimal design can be obtained. Meanwhile, the cycle time of developing a new product is sharply shortened.
