直升机大气数据计算机综合测试系统的设计

摘    要:针对直升机修理工厂各型直升机所配装的大气数据计算机型号、接口差异大,测试效率低,兼容性差等问题,综合分析各型直升机大气数据计算机产品接口、测试项目以及所需测试资源,基于自动测试理论与故障诊断技术,研制一套直升机大气数据计算机综合测试系统,实现了各型大气数据计算机的绝对气压高度、总真空速等大气参数的性能自动测试与故障诊断,测试结果表明其有效性。所研制的测试系统多机型兼容性好、可靠性高、测试准确且操作方便,对后续其他机型的大气数据计算机的测试分析与维修保障有重要的参考价值与借鉴意义。

Atmospheric Data Computer Comprehensive Test System for Helicopter
Abstract:In order to solve the problems such as big difference in model and interface,low test efficiency and poor compatibility of atmospheric data computer installed in helicopter repair factory,the product interface,test items and required test resources of each type of helicopter atmospheric data computer are analyzed comprehensively.Based on the automatic test theory and fault diagnosis technology,a set of helicopter atmospheric data computer comprehensive test is developed to realize the automatic test and fault diagnosis of atmospheric parameters such as absolute pressure altitude and total vacuum velocity of various types of atmospheric data computers.The test results show that the system is effective.The developed test system has good compatibility,high reliability,accurate test and easy operation.It has important reference value and reference significance for the test analysis and maintenance support of other atmospheric data computers.
