航空装备连接型间歇故障诱发机理分析

航空装备连接型间歇故障是导致航空装备电子系统无故障发现和重测合格问题的主要原因之一。针对该问题,对航空装备连接型间歇故障的内涵和发生过程开展分析,指出间歇故障的发生是装备内部损伤和外部环境应力共同作用所致;然后选取航空装备电连接中的3种常见器件(电连接器、线缆、焊点)为研究对象,从内部损伤机理角度阐述了导致三者间歇故障发生的内部诱因,指出间歇故障发生的根本原因是电连接器件中存在一定的缺陷或损伤;重点分析了振动、温度、腐蚀等外部环境应力与间歇故障发生之间的关联关系,指出间歇故障的出现需要外部环境应力的激发,外部即时环境构成了航空连接型间歇故障的外部诱因。研究结果对减少航空装备在恶劣复杂环境下的无故障发现问题的出现具有参考意义。

Analysis on Induction Mechanism of Connecting Intermittent Failure in Aviation Equipment

The intermittent failure of aviation equipment connecting type is one of the main reasons that lead to the problem of finding and retesting the electronic system of aviation equipment without failure.In order to solve this problem,the connotation and occurrence process of connecting intermittent faults of aviation equipment were analyzed,and it was pointed out that intermittent faults were caused by the joint action of internal damage and external environmental stress of equipment.Three common devices in electrical connection of aviation equipment (electrical connector,cable,welding spot) were selected as the research object.The internal inducement leading to intermittent faults of the three devices was expounded from the perspective of internal damage mechanism.It was pointed out that the root cause of intermittent faults was the existence of certain defects or damage in electrical connection devices.The correlation between the external environmental stress,such as vibration,temperature and corrosion,and the occurrence of intermittent faults was emphatically analyzed,and it was pointed out that the occurrence of intermittent faults required the excitation of external environmental stress,and the external immediate environment constituted the external inducement of the intermittent faults of aero-connected type.The research results are of reference significance to reduce the occurrence of trouble-free discovery of aviation equipment in harsh and complex environments.
