| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种用太阳电池供电的半导体致冷、致热双用保温箱，具有结构紧凑轻巧、无噪音、无污染和寿命长等特点。叙述了该冷暖箱的工作原理、系统设计、半导体致冷器件以及太阳能电源控制器的研制。

| Abstract: | This article introduces the semiconductor dual-temperature thermal container which sun generated electric power supplies to. This kind of thermal container has the advantages of compact conformation, noiseless, pollution-free and long-life. It expatiate the operating principle, system design, the research of semiconductor refrigerator and the solar electric source controller. |
