阻聚剂脱除方法对丙烯酸钠聚合的影响

摘    要:采用蒸馏法及活性炭吸附法脱除丙烯酸中的阻聚剂 ,以脱阻聚剂后的单体为基料 ,以过硫酸铵和亚硫酸氢钠体系引发其水溶液聚合。结果表明 :吸附法脱阻聚剂明显优于蒸馏法脱阻聚剂 ,其聚合产品相对分子质量可达 80 0万以上。

Abstract:The methods of distillation and adsorption by activated carbon were adapted forremoving polymerization inhibitor from the acrylic acid.The raw material is acrylic acid after removing polymerization inhibitor, its aqueous polymerization is introduced by the system of ammonium persulfate and sodium bisulfite.The experimental result shown that adsorption method is distinctly better than distillation to remove polymerization inhibitor. The molecular weight of polymerization product can be over 800×10 4.
