| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了把班组建设作为矿井长远发展的＂基础工程＂,推行＂三项管理＂建立完善了＂六项机制＂,初步形成了＂三三六＂班组建设模式,促进了班组建设的科学化、系统化、规范化,提高了＂双基＂和安全质量标准化建设水平,夯实了矿井发展基础,推动了安全生产和整体工作的健康稳定发展。

| Abstract: | This article introduces that as the foundation project for coal mine development,team construction carries out three managements to improve six mechanisms,which forms 336 team mode.It promotes the scientific,systematic and formal team construction and improves ＂double-base＂ and level of safety quality standardization construction,which strengthens foundation for mine development and promotes development of safety production and whole work. |
