| 摘 要： | 中高职衔接是指按照建设现代职业教育体系的要求,推动中等和高等职业教育协调发展,系统培养适应经济社会发展需要的技能型人才,特别是高端技能型人才。文章以四川职业技术学院中高职＂衔接＂数控技术班为例,进行积极探索与改革,创新人才培养模式,构建出切实可行的课程体系,经过实践取得了较好的培养效果。
